We are seeking an experienced Special Procedure Technologist. Must be ARRT with 1 year Special Procedures experience.
Performs specialized and complex radiographic procedures including invasive neuro, vascular and interventional procedures. Must have current knowledge of peripheral procedure, that includes angioplasty and stent placement. This is a day shift position, Mon-Fri with rotating call.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completes patient documentation specific to Special Procedures; has knowledge and ability to telerad images when needed.
- Assist Physicians and Radiologist during procedures.
- Performs Special Procedures exams in a timely and efficient manner.
- Demonstrates desirable work habits.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Demonstrates se! nsitivity to the needs of the bariatric patient.
