Marshfield Clinic- Marshfield Center is seeking a BC/BE/fellowship trained Pain Managementt Physician - based in either Anesthesia or Physiatry. This individual will provide a leadership role for an establ! ished multi-disciplinary pain management service that includes PM&R, Psychiatry, Anesthesia and Rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will be required to be surgically skilled in various injections such as bursa, epidural steriod, intercostal nerve, joint, kyphoplasty, medial branch nerve and facet injections. The physician will also be skilled in neurolytic nerve blocks, peripheral nerve injections, radiofrequency neuromodulation prodectures, trials and surgical implantation of spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulators. surgical implantation of temporary and permanent intrathecal medication delivery systems for metastatic cancer pain, as well as other treatment modalities.
The physician will see 18-24 patients per day, and roughly 25 new consults per month. Procedures will be performed in both the offices and the Ambulatory Surgery Center.
