RN-Same Day Surgery
Location: River Falls Wisconsin
Description: Allina Health System is currently interviewing RN-Same Day Surgery right now, this position will be placed in Wisconsin. Further informations about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. Responsibilities
Nurse able to use the nursing process
Provide education as needed
Use of EMR documentation
Effective communicator
Strong patient advocate
Func! tion in a professional manner
Possible call per contract and will be included in the mandatory low census rotation per contract
This position exists to deliver nursing care as part of the overall patient care process in Same Day Surgery
Provide direct nursing care of same day surgical patient
Education
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current Wisconsin licensure
Qualifications
Experience:
Same Day Surgery, Endoscopy, and PACU experience preferred
Must be able to function in Same Day Surgery, Endoscopy and PACU (includes pre and post operative phone calls, pre and post operative care and prep)
Licensure / Certifications:
ACLS & BLS
PALS
WI RN License required

RN hires with less than 1 year of RN experience must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (American Association of Colleges of Nursing or The National League for Nursing) which is inclusive of a clinical rotation in an acute care facility.

Work Schedule: Variable days, variable start times, possible on call; Signing this posting changes your work agreement to requirements of current posting
