HR Executive [Pakistan]


 

Job description

We are a group of online schools with our head office based in the UK, and our back-end support office located on Ring Road . We are a fast-growing organization with our Lahore Office having a team of over 40 members. Currently, we are looking to further expand in 2023.

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to oversee our recruitment, training, development and staff welfare. The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a high level of English language proficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Oversee the daily workflow of all departments
  • Maintain a record of daily attendance and deductions for pay roll calculation.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Manage human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Manage the full recruitment process including sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, assessment, selection, perform background checks and extend offers of employment
  • Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
  • Counsel employees and facilitate staff productivity by counselling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Retain prior human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Support organisational staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; conducting and analysing exit interviews.
  • Manage monthly pay rolls and related records; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets;monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations and maintaining records.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and G Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Office Timing: Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 6:30 pm with occasional Saturdays (WFH)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
