- Conduct 3rd party audits for AS 9100 and other management system certification audits in line with DNV Philosophy
- Generate leads & opportunities for AS 9100 Schemes and across services and pass on to sales
- Provide timely and accurate reviews of customer corrective action and closure
- Document and report audit activities and results
- Interact directly with clients at all levels of management in developing timely, complete, and accurate report of their current level of compliance or implementation of their management system
- Maintain schedule of audit activity with customers
- Maintain appropriate auditor credentials / qualifications and pursue advancement of those credentials and other related credentials as needed
- Support operations by proactive scheme qualification and NACE Code competence approvals to enable faster scheduling of audits / training
- Contribute to the growth and development of a world-class, industry-leading auditing team
- Provide sales support when required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
- Currently doing 3rd party audits with minimum of 5-year experience in quality management system
- Accredited Lead Auditor Training in ISO 9001 and AS/EN 9100
- Awareness about Aviation, Space and Defence Legal Requirements
- Knowledge of certification process and standards with relation to planning (required number of man-days and audit frequency, incl. multi-site sampling)
- Knowledge of the IAQG Requirements, Accreditations Requirements, Audit process.
- Experience with different industry types, able to be qualified for multiple NACE codes;
- Strong communication skills in English and local language;
- Proven project and/or team leader, delivering service excellence;
- Ability to work in an international team, delivering and leading teams to produce high quality deliverables on time and in budget;
- Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel, often with conflicting demands and timelines;
- Able to clearly delegate tasks and provide sufficient guidance, support and feedback on performance in constructive manner to Management;
- Willingness to travel and work around South Korea and other locations.
