Veterinary Emergency Service (VES) is an established quality 24-Hour Urgent Care veterinary facility with locations in Middleton, Janesville and the east side of Madison. We are your resource for state-of-the-art of ! emergency care, surgery, oncology, internal medicine and other advanced services for your pet. VES has been in business for over 10 years and has 25 doctors on staff. In 2012, VES was the recipient of the 2012 Dane County Small Business Award and voted a Star of Madison Favorite.
We are currently seeking part time Customer Service Representatives for our Middleton and east side location. Primary duties include answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, patient admission and discharge, records management and maintaining a clean lobby. Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous animal care experience is preferred. Weekend shifts available.
