Implements individualized plan of care ! by providing quality patient care to HTS patients from (pre)admission to post discharge in collaboration with other disciplines. Assists patients to meet discharge goals by providing education to meet their needs. Provides individual assessment, support and teaching for the AM admit patients in a timely manner to assure adequate preparation for impending surgery in collaboration with other disciplines.
Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing required. Current Registered Nurse Licensure by the Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing. American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR.
