Job Description - Manager, Clinic Operations - Affinity Medical Group, Urology/Surgery/Neurosurg - Oshkosh (12001H3) Job Description Manager, Clinic Operations - Affinity Medical Group, Urology/Surgery/Neurosurg - Oshkosh-12001H3 Description This is a clinic manager position for Affinity Medical Group -Urology, Surgery and Neurosurgery in Oshkosh, WI. Under the guidance of the Regional Administrator is accountable for the daily operations and management of assigned department(s). Responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and evaluating operational performance. Allocates resources within established budget to achieve organizational goals.
The major functions of this position will focus on operations, provider relations, practice development, employee relations, fiscal management, and quality improvement. Works in partnership with Lead Physician to meet operational goals. QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration or a clinical field of study. Healthcare management experience preferred.
