Grandmother's Helper

We are looking for a grandmother's helper for one 6-month-old baby to provide care at grandmother's house on the east side of Milwaukee. The ideal caregiver will need to help a grandma with some physical disabilities who is currently recovering from heart surgery. Normally we would need someone who is available for 8 hours per day for 4 days per week, but while grandma is recovering from heart surgery there will be additional time needed. Must be willing to read, play with our baby and stimulate her imagination.
Stroller walks in the neighborhood when possible would be nice. We are looking for someone to care for our baby for a longer term, but in the short term, grandma might need a little help with her recovery as well. Pay will be commensurate with experience and dedication to care.
