Ministry Saint Clare's Hospital continues to grow and our Operating Room continues to provide outstanding surgical services, including general surgery and cardiovascular procedures for patients in our community! We are looking for a compassionate and patient-centered Manager of Patient Care Services for our busy Operating Room. The Manager will work closely with our Director of Patient Care Services to oversee our top caliber department and will lead and develop our dynamic staff, examine and update unit policies, and evaluate and improve procedures to ensure the best care is delivered to our patients and families. As the Manager of Patient Care Services you will provide leadership and management for the operations, clinical and financial performance of the departments, in collaboration with the staff, physicians, and Director of Patient Care Services. You will plan, direct, coordinate and evaluate all patient care activities and services to promote clinical excellence and program growth. You will be accountable for viable financial performance; effective human resources management; quality assurance and performance improvement; regulatory compliance; and staff competency and development. As the Manager you will serve as a leader and role model for staff and you will be an active participant in organizational and nursing department decision-making.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or commitment to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related health care field within 4 years of starting in the position is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in an Operating Room is required. Previous management experience is preferred.
Current Wisconsin RN license required.
Current BLS is required
ACLS is required within 6 months of hire.
