Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for analysing and resolving incidents.

· Handle service calls, password assistance, hardware troubleshooting, software troubleshooting, email/Outlook/Office 365 support, phone and internet issues, and other service requests.

· Enter service requests into the Department's ServiceNow ITSM Technician Portal. Collect end-user demographic information. Escalate designated ticket types to the appropriate resolution source.

· Provide remote system optimization for system maintenance. Address tickets received after business hours by 8:30 am the next business day. Identify repeat callers that may need additional training.

· Certifications required for resources: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $20.16 - $25.87 per hour

Experience level:
