The Client seeks Administrative Assistant join our team as we envision the future of entertainment media. The Administrative is responsible for managing complicated schedules, coordinating meetings and handling travel arrangements. The role allows exposure to exciting departments within Client, requiring a high level of diplomacy and professionalism. The successful candidate will be interested in technology and someone who is highly organized, intuitive and thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

Top 3 Skills needed:

  • Important to have Finance & Accounting Support.
  • Scheduling Support to assist 2 VP calendars.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups - works with Tech Groups and Engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages complex schedule and coordinates meetings with internal and external parties utilizing multiple calendars
  • Setup client/vendor and preparation
  • Process POs and invoices for the Film Technology team
  • Interact and maintain relationships with members of other business units at Universal, third parties and vendors
  • Performs basic administrative tasks, e.g. faxing, photocopying and filing
  • May be asked to provide temporary assistance to other executives in the suite
  • Act as liaison with clients, vendors, managers, and employees
  • Maintains proper recordkeeping and filing system for all work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to work on a team and willingness to give assistance to co-workers in other areas
  • Demonstrates experience working in, and a positive attitude toward a rapidly changing business environment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $19.50 - $28.49 per hour
