Role: Full time or Part-time
Seeking an experienced bookkeeper and administration assistant to the medical director in a surgical clinic.
Role will include (but not limited to) organising payment and recording of various invoices, logging payments, reviewing of bills, property account logs, assisting with financial applications, preparing for BAS lodgments, liaising with accountants and financial institutions.
You will also be required to attend to PA roles such as travel plans with booking flights transport and accommodation. You may be required to assist with purchasing of supplies.
In order to understand the medical practice, you will be required to learn the basics of medical reception and medical accounts logging for accounting purposes.
Further training can be supported, depending on the candidate.

Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
