SURGERY
WAUPUN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
Performs w/in the scope of practice and adheres to Standards of Nursing Practice; provides direct patient care and performs nursing curriculum procedures. Successfully completed first 2 semesters of nursing clinical in an ADN program or completed junior year of BSN program. Enrolled in a nursing program leading to RN or graduated within 6 ! months. CPR certified or w/in 90 days of employment.

Work Hours: Shifts in Surgery will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00am or 7:00am until 2:30pm or 3:30pm. Shifts in Med/Surg will vary on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
