Responsibilities:
Uses the nursing process to provide ongoing care (assess, plan, intervention, and evaluation). Recognizes and responds to changes in a patient's status and need for care. Determines priorities of patient care based on essential patient needs. Provides triage and consultation to patient, family, and/or significant others according to protocol and organiz! ation guidelines. Prepares and rooms the patient for exam by obtaining vital signs and documenting/updating pertinent health information (i.e. chief complaint, allergies, medications). Organizes and prepares lab and work areas including: cleaning, stocking, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment. Performs laboratory procedures (i.e. strep test, wound culture, specimen collection, etc.) using principles of aseptic technique and standard precautions / infection control guidelines. Assists the physician/provider with procedures and surgeries such as pelvic exams, allergy scratch testing, EMG, cautery, colposcopy, etc.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse license issued by the state of Wisconsin.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA). May obtain within 6 months based on department discretion.
At least one year of RN experience and Clinic experience are preferred.

Will need to administer IV therapy, urine c! ath, assist in surgical and OB procedures.
Travel to several clinics Northwest, Mayfair 3289, Mayfair 1055, Whitefish Bay and Brookfield
Scheduled Hours:
Monday - Friday, hours vary. Typical hours 8:30 am - 5 pm, can be as early as 6:30 am start and work as late as 7:00 pm. Need to travel to other clinics and learn a variety of specialities.
