Who is this company looking for? The ideal profile of the successful coder looks like this:
3 years of hospital outpatient surgery coding experience
1 year of hospital inpatient coding experience
CCS RHIA CPC or RHIT with 5 years of coding experience ; all of their coders have at least one of these credentials
