The Family Medicine Physician will prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to patients in order to treat or p! revent illness, disease, or injury; order, perform, and interpret tests; and analyze records, reports, and examination information to diagnose patients' condition; collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results; explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients; advise patients and community members concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention; and refer patients to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary. Work location will be Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-All Saints (3807 Spring Street) in Racine, Wisconsin. Full-time position based on a 36 hours per week schedule.
Minimum requirements: Medical degree or foreign equivalent, completion of Family Medicine residency program, and valid Wisconsin license to practice medicine and surgery.
