Its products are used by orthopedic specialists, spine surgeons, primary care physicians, pain management specialists, physical therapists, podiatrists, chiropractors, athletic trainers and other healthcare professionals. In addition, many of the Company's medical devices and related accessories are used by athletes and patients for injury prevention and at-home physical therapy treatment.
Dr. Comfort is currently seeking a Product Manager to enhance our growing business in Mequon, WI. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this is an individual contributor role responsible for management of products and/or for providing product management support for major products and/or product lines.
Responsibilities Include:
- Works with the sales force and direct interaction with customers to de! velop marketing programs.
- Participates in the establi! shment of the current and future market strategy based on assessment of competitive environment and customer requirements.
- Authorizes go-to-market plans.
- Owns revenue target for applicable products. * Has P&L, strategic and tactical responsibilities.
- Contributes to the development of product positioning through enhancements, pricing, targeted promotions and communications.
- Maintains traditional and may identify new distribution channels.
- Coordinates product implementation including coordination of other resources such as communication, systems, legal, vendors, etc.
- Ensures marketing programs adhere to compliance regulations and policies.
This is a bonus eligible position with long-term opportunities both at the local site as well as with other DJO Global businesses.
Education/Experience:
BA/BS in Marketing or related field is required along with 5 years of related experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have at least an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially in Photoshop and InDesign) is also needed.
