**Dates: January 15, 2012 for 6 months with an extension likelyâ€! "considering locum tenens and permanent candidates. Client may be flexible with partial dates of availability.
**Locations: 2 different locations: One is 4.5 weekdays per week and the other location is 5 days per week
**Practice details: Outpatient practice only, no OB, no call required. Front office staff, lab, rad tech, nurse, MA, PA or NP available at both locations. (All long-term, stable staff) New imaging equipment at both locations. Ambulance services in both communities.
**Perfect for someone interested in Fall grouse hunting or fishing!
**Must be licensed in Wisconsin or close to processing one
