The Total Joint Center specializes in providing diagnosis and treatment of knee and hip pain and in providing total knee, partial knee, and total hip replacement surgery. Using the latest technologies and techniques, our board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon offers a full range of services from minimally invasive arthroscopy to total joint replacement surgery. A team of skilled and experienced professionals-including orthopedic surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, educators, physical and occupational therapists, spiritual care chaplains, case managers, and social workers-work together to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each of our patients. As a Registered Nurse in these units you will: Contribute to the achievement of patient and unit outcomes by working collaboratively with inter- andintradepartmental teams.

Collaborate with patient, family, physicians and colleagues in the development of the plan of care. Implement and coordinate achievement of the plan of care in collaboration with the interdependent team. Evaluate the patient's response to the plan of care, making modifications to achieve identified outcomes and targeted LOS. Take action to see that patient receives the right care at the right time.

Develop and discuss the plan of care with the patient and/or family collaboratively. Relate patient care data and progress toward outcomes to physicians, and other staff. Provide and document education for specific patient health care needs. Demonstrate safe practice in the administration of medications, treatments and use of equipment.

Identify and report unsafe practices in a proactive manner in order to prevent safety events. Assign patient cared based on staff member's competence and patient care needs. Respond to and resolves customer complaints. This is a40 hour per week (1.0 FTE) position and will be scheduled for variable shifts.

The person will need to work every third weekend. This is a full time position with a full benefits package! Qualifications You must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing A minimum of 1 year of current Med-Surg experience is required You must have a currentWisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or eligible to obtain Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required Certification: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is strongly recommended Ability to assess data and identify patients' age-specific and developmental needs, and provide age-appropriate care is required Must be willing to learn new technical skills related to the positions on an ongoing basis to maintain satisfactory competency and performance Normal Weekly Hours-40(Full-time) Shift-Variable Job-Med/Surg Primary Location-WI-Weston-Saint Clare's Hospital Organization-Saint Clare's Hospital of Westo
