Responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and evaluating operational performance. Allocates resources within established budget to achieve organizational goals. The major functions of this position will focus on operations, provider relations, practice development, employee relations, fiscal management, and quality improvement.
Works in partnership with Lead Physician to meet operational goals. QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration or a clinical field of study.
